MY DIET FILES: The Tools


1.) The first beverage I drink in the morning is a glass of lukewarm water with freshly squeezed lemon. It is known to oxidize the toxins of your body.
2.) I keep a stash of Prunes in our pantry and snack on them, then the loo visit happens hee hee.
3.) I try to eat at least 1 grapefruit a day. The say eating 1 grapefruit before every meal will assure you of 12 lbs weight loss in a year.
4.) On days I binge and indulge on junk foods, I drink 2 cups of Twinnings green tea. I also stick to a cup of coffee in a day and the rest is green tea.
5.) My home workout combination includes PS3 Zumba, Hiphop Abs DVD, and Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. ***(not in the picture, my 2 lbs dumbells)

6.) It is in the gym where I do most of my Cardio workout. My favorite equipments include abs ball, elliptical, bicycle, and treadmill.
7.) Lastly, I count my food calories intake through the LOSE IT iPhone app. I also turn to MyFitness Calories counter for food not listed in LOSE IT.
I am determined to be fit and reach my weight goal.
I believe I can and therefore, I will.
