Recipe of the Week: Sauteed Beef Tenderloin
Hopefully, I could go back to doing this weekly :) I'll try my very best to post as many recipes as I could. Remember, I don't post recipes I haven't tried. Here's Sauteed Beef Tenderloin for now as I need to check this Table Rock real estate. Be back with more recipes!

BEEF TENDERLOIN SAUTE
Prep Time: 10 Minutes, Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4
4 beef tenderloin steaks cut 1 inch thick (1 lb total)
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh gingerroot
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1.) Place beef in plastic bag with teriyaki sauce, ginger, lime juice, 1 teaspoon oil and pepper. Turn to coat well. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain beef and pat dry.
2.) in nonstick skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
3. Serve with fresh vegetables.
