MY DIET FILES: My Lenten Sacrifice

I realized that I have not been posting any update under this category. So yes, I am still struggling to go back to my pre-wedding weight but I am optimistic that this year, I'd be able to do it :). Aside from food portion control and working out at least 3 times a week (combination of treadmill, running, Jillian Michaels' DVDs and hiphop abs workout), I have also sacrificed a lot of food this Lenten season. Hoping to lose a few lbs after Easter. So here's a rundown list of what I have sacrificed this year before I check these document scanning services:
  • Rice
  • Chocolates
  • Junkfood
  • Meat (beef, pork and chicken)
  • Soda
