Have you ever wondered how a celebrity mom can lose all those stubborn pregnancy flabs in no time? Although, some of them may resort to surgery and diet pills, supplements and plenty of vitamins while starving themselves, most of them are determined and very much disciplined to just diet and workout with a personal trainor, because afterall, their looks are their greatest investment in the industry.

Utah researchers at Brigham Young University tested two groups of women, increasing the fiber intake of one group by 8 grams for every 1 000 calories and using the second group as the control. It was found that the first group lost 4-and-a-half pounds over the course of the study.
