After reading some weight loss success stories, I realized that most people who lost weight, eat many times a day but with small proportions. By doing so, your tummy never gets stretched, chances are you won't develop flabs, more so your metabolism will be improved. I guess this finger food photo is the idea of small portions harharhar! Can you survive with that small proportion every 2 hrs in a day?
