Happy New Year, Happy New Me!

One of my New Year's resolutions is proper and improved Time Management. With that being said, I guess I'd be able to squeeze in some time updating this blog regularly :).
In the meantime, let me tell you that yes, like everyone else, my New Year's Resolution list include living a healthier life, no more crash dieting and junk food binging. Health first before anything else. It's the 19th of January and so far, I have been very good on this. In fact just this morning, I hit on the ellipticals and ate my grass (I call my salad, Grass Hee hee). To add to that, I added this Calorie Counter called LOSE IT in my iPhone to track my calorie intake a day. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week to achieve my pre-wedding weight. Yeeha! Why such a big number? I am going to be an MOH for a September wedding, I do not want to cram on losing weight again. Wish me luck :).
