Lasang Pinoy #32 (pearlySHELLS)

Undoubtedly, Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants here. Hubby is a huge fan of seafood dishes too, however, he is allergic so whatever he orders, he takes very little of it and everything else is moved to my plate hurrah! Hahah! Anyways, here's sharing my favorite dish from Red Lobster. (Just don't ask where the snow crab legs went, I was too late to take photos.) I love my lobster with Pilaf Rice!

fame and looks

A few hours ago, I was updating my google reader and found out one of the my favorite hollywood actresses actually admitted to undergone a Breast Augmentation in Los Angeles. Goodness, it really seems not like her. I know actors and actresses and celebrities in general, try to enhance their looks because afterall, it is their investment. Personally, I have nothing against cosmetic surgery as I have a couple of people whom I am closed with who have undergone cosmetic surgery and I do understand what their reasons were from getting these enhancement surgeries. But as for myself, hmmm other than the fact that I do not have the guts nor plans, I also do not have the funds for it hee. How about you?

bowls for meditation.

I wrote about Crystal Singing bowls in my other blog before. I have known of this Himalayan and Tibetian originated singling bowls and other Gongs from hubby's Pakistani and Indian couple friends who are into home decorating. Apparently, these bowls are perfect for meditation and relaxation. I do not know exactly how they use it as such but after seeing some singing bowls at silverskyimports.com, I find them pretty interesting and so much affordable for a meditation piece. They have cushion, crystals and other kinds of singing bowls. The gongs are very unique pieces as well. Check out their site for more.

switching to DirectTV.

I have mentioned before that hubby and I have been noticing that more and more of our neighbors are now switching to directv. One time we decided to walk around the neighborhood and saw a lot of Direct tv satellites. We got the chance to speak with one of our neighbors and they were happy with their tv cable services as Direct TV is only one of the few cable services which offers 100% digital programming. Also, Direct TV is the leading provider of HD programming. Will we join the bandwagon soon? We'll see. We'll see. While Direct TV’s service is promising, we have yet to fulfill a contract with our cable service company.

#1. Anele’s question. Do you have a natural ability to cook or do you feel you just “get by?”
>>>I really do not know but I'm quite not afraid to experiment dishes.

#2. Why do you buy the size eggs that you buy?
>>>It became a habit to buy the carton/large eggs. I think they're much cheaper too.

#3. Do you have any cooking “rules”?
>>>None really.

#4. Fresh corn. Yellow, white or bicolored?
>>>Yellow and White. I don't eat bicolored. My favorite's the white sticky corn :).

MY DIET FILES: the park and the sun.

Photobucket
Ever since, I have already considered running/jogging my favorite sports. I love to run and even dreamed of joining the track and field team in school. Now this made me realize why my 4-year-old son loves to run to and dang, he runs very fast who closely resembles to Dash of the Incredibles :). You see for the past 2 weeks, hubby and I have been hitting the park and we would take turns in looking after our son. We would jog/run for 5 rounds each and I can see how it helped me lose the stubborn weight I have. Other than that, we have been meeting people which are turning to be our friends. We would talk random stuff from parenting, pre-schools, the future and no matter how light our conversations would be, the financial crisis will end up to be our favorite and heated conversation. Good thing as some of them are financial professionals and financial planners, they are experts in the field and would shed light to the services being offered by debt consoldation companies. You see, debt consolidations, principal debt reductions, and other financial services can be very tricky if you do not study carefully these things. I wish I could share what I have learned from these co-parents but then again, I am not an expert on this field. You might want to check debthelp.net for debt-related information and tips. In the meantime, I'm off to the park while the sun is out. Happy Tuesday!

bingo fab-o!

One of the games I really really love as a teenager was bingo. Now that is a revelation :). I used to hang out with a ground of friends back in highschool. One of my friends back then used to sponsor basketball games to which some of my friends were part of the playing teams. Then after every basketball game, there would be free bingo and even Gala Bingo for all those who watched and supported the basketball games. Sadly though, I never won, not even once. But the joy and excitement that bingo brings will only mean that Bingo will definitely be one of my most loved games as a teenager :). I have not tried online bingo, they say it's awesome too. Maybe someday, I'll try it, not right now when my school assignments are taller than me.

Bride Wars

I love wedding movies. I have probably watched every single wedding blockbuster movie. The latest movie that I watched was Bride Wars starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. It was a very light, hilarious and heart-warming movie. I love the quote where the Bridal Gown sales agent said that:

You do not alter a Vera Wang gown but you alter your body to fit a Vera Wang.
However, the movie fail to cover some other minor details of wedding preparations such as the bridesmaid dresses. But then again, it was irrelevant to the plot. But for me, my entourage gowns were as important as mine so I really planned the designs very carefully. Ah, I miss those days when I was too busy and all I ever think of was my wedding details.

babies.

I was telling my friend, J a few days ago how I adore babies these day. Don't get me wrong, I want babies all the time but my fondness lately is to the extremes. When my son plays with our neighbors' kids almost every afternoon now, I would usually play with or talk to the little girls. And yes, I love to be surrounded by baby girls these days. I really can't wait for us to have one. Maybe soon after I finish my grad school, we'd be financially and emotionally ready to have one. But for the meantime, I might just keep hoarding baby girls clothes and buy baby gifts for our neighbors' kids and my friends' baby girls at babynest.com.

his favorite fettucine!

fettucine.

I know I posted this recipe before but I just had to repost it for those who were not able to take note of my son's favorite fettucine :). I usually whip a pyrex of this fettucine every week. I freeze the rest and reheat whenever my son craves for a plate. He could live with this alone.

Apparently, this is my brother's recipe. Go try it, it's a VERY very easy whip!

1. boil chicken, reserve stock, flake the chicken.
2. Sauté in butter 3 tsp.
garlic, ¼ cup chopped onions. Add the flakes chicken, ¾ can tomato sauce. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup( Campbell ). Add 11/2 can to 2 chicken stock using the tomato sauce can (small). Simmer 30 minutes.
3. Boil noodle with salt and oil.
4. Arrange 3 pcs. Of noodles in Pyrex and pour the chicken mixture and cheese. Repeat and reserve sauce for topping and cheese. Put the nestle cream.
5. Bake 10 minutes

BRB.

I am about to post a recipe of hubby's yum-o Hot Wings but we are going out for some bank errands. Hubby wants to look for other bank where we could open another checking account. Also, he needs to research on AirTran Credit Card as some friends are luring him to get one.

Brain Damaging Habits.

This is the 2nd part of THIS ENTRY. A friend forwarded this to me thru email. I find it very informative, although I do not know the authenticity of this information nor if this was based on any medical/scientific research. Nevertheless, the explanation seems considerable. It's funny that OVEREATING is again part of this list hee hee. I blogged about Brain Builders and Brain Drainers food and Overeating is part of brain drainer uh-oh :P. You can read more about that HERE.

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head
covered while sleeping Sleeping with the head covered increases the
concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in
stimulating thoughts Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in
brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

Summer Plans.

Do you already have any solid summer plan? Ours would be the regular one. We would not be going anywhere far except some regular visit at the nearby beaches and theme parks. I am still very busy with school and hubby's schedule does not require any long vacation. Other that these 2 things that keep us very busy, we are saving up our free days during my folks and siblings visit in Fall. However, if you are planning your Summer, you can check Telluride Tourism. Telluride, Colo is a beautiful community and summer spot for mountain lovers. They have around 20 weekend festivals and events thic coming summer. They also have an ongoing promo, the "4th flies Free" where you get your 4th ticket for free when you purchase 3 other tickets. You can check out this promot at this site: www.visittelluride.com.

And yes, there is one event that I am excited about. That would be my cousin-in-law's upcoming wedding because our son would be the coin bearer and it would be his 1st time to march the aisle and wear a tux :).

Top 5 Cancer-Causing Foods

I got this from a friend who forwarded it to my email addie. I thought of sharing it with you. I do not know the authenticity or if there were any researches made to make this the top 5 Cancer-Causing foods. But then again, the reasoning behind seems believable.

1. Hot dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

2. Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .

5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

many ambitions.

It's funny how kids can have random yet lengthy ambitions when asked what they want to be when they grow up. My son is like that. When you ask him what he wants to be when he grows up, he would answer, a firefighter, heart surgeon, construction worker, doctor army etc... etc... but he would never forget to say that he wants to be a cop! Speaking of cops, I chanced upon this site called LAPoliceGear.com which has the most comprehensive list of safety gear products for cops including Surefire Flashlights. Just by looking at their products, I was overwhelmed by how much these cops are secured in terms of gear protection. You can check out the site and see for yourself.

Breakfast
What is the most interesting biography you have ever read?
>>>I honestly do not remember something striking. I have read a few, though.

What is the longest you have ever waited in a line?
>>>None yet but my husband lined up during the Black Friday sale in 2007 and he started lining up at BestBuy from 9pm the day before, can you imagine that?

Dinner
Where do you want to be right now?
>>>Right here.

Midnight Snack
What is hanging over your head and causing stress for you right now?
>>>Not really causing me stress but is on top of my head. My 2 research papers due in 5 weeks. I still have not brainstormed any topics for these 2 requirements hay!

Recipe of the Week

instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?)
>>>Since I am still high after watching The Curios Case of Benjamin Button, let me share one of his quotes:

twitterific!

Twitter has become to be a medium for bloggers and website owners to promote their online products, services and blog posts. Say for instance, VistaPrint has started their own Twitter account to promote their products. This would be easier for their clients who are following their Twitter account to know what's the latest with VistaPrint. As for me, my Twitter account has been a medium to promote some of my blog entries too. Fortunately, my blogs' traffic has immensely improved because of this. A bonus factor with Twitter too is the fact that I get to follow Twitter accounts of celebrities :).

May 19.

What is this?

it was good until it lasted. raincheck na ang KFC coupons tsk tsk.

This is the FREE KFC Grilled Chicken Combo Meal that was widely publicized. It was an initiative of Oprah. Supposedly, today is the last day of claiming this free meal. However, KFC was overwhelmed with the number of coupons that were printed out and the long line of people who claimed their free meals that they started to ran out of chicken and made some rain check!

Apparently, 3 days after it was launched, people are already asked to fill out forms with their email address on it to receive and print out a new coupon! Some find it a hassle so they did not bother anymore.

What was your experience with this KFC meal? Luckily, we were still able to avail our free meals. I still love the old original KFC chicken over this grilled version.

on Payday Loans

Do you subscribe to Pay Day Loans in times of emergencies? I have been hearing a lot of this but a friend who recently got one because her husband lost a job (yes, part of all this economic hullabaloo) told me that she could have been more careful and read the terms and interest rates quite well because she got one with sky-rocketing interest. However, she did not regret getting one because after all, it helped them cope up while her husband do not have a job. These No Fax Payday Loans are quick solutions in terms of short cash and other money mishaps. They do not even require you to submit documents for credit checking.

So how about you? Have you tried Payday Loans?

the twitter fuzz

I love twitter! I really do :). I love the fact that my twitter can help increase the traffic of my blogs just by sharing my entries. I also met a lot of good bloggers turned friends through twitter. Some friends in my circle have decided to join twitter too. Also, I am following some great bloggers and a few celebrities which makes it more exciting. Lately, I am following laterooms since we are planning for an out-of-town holiday. If you have Twitter account, follow laterooms as they give out reviews on hotels which came from previous guests. So their reviews are 1st hand. I hope to be able to get some good reviews on this hotel we are eyeing to stay come December.

MY DIET FILES: the Master Cleanse Diet

Photobucket

It's been more than a month since my last My Diet Files Entry. So where am I in terms of my diet routine? I lost 5 lbs but I still need to lose 10 more. The 5 lbs I lost isn't at all noticeable. My old jeans still do not fit me. Also, as I upload my current photos from my sd memory cards, I still look vertically-challenged! The reason why I found out I lost those numbers is the fact that I weighed but other than that, I am still my old flabby self tsk tsk.

With my folks and siblings vacation in Autumn and a Wedding in Summer, I badly need to trim off and I hope to be really hitting my weight goal which is anywhere between 110-115 lbs! Also, by June until early of September, I will be pretty busy because of an 'unexpected blessing' and I hope that my busy schedule would help in my weight loss routine.

Anyways, as soon as I heard of this Master Cleanse Diet in a local talk show, I told myself I am going to do it for 10 days and see how much weight I would lose. Beyonce was the one who popularized this diet routine and she lost 22 lbs in preparation of her DreamGirls casting. All you need are the following. The Grade B Maple Syrup is pretty hard to find and a bit expensive. (we use Grade A maple syrup on our pancakes so do not use that). What I like about this diet plan is you can still eat your usual food routine but as you further with this diet, you tend to lose appetite. I love that! My huge appetite is the biggest hindrance in my weight loss program.

You can read more on this HERE.

* 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
* 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
* 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 10 oz of filtered water

Wish me luck!

crunch time!

For the next 3 weeks, I would be extremely busy again, as if I am not. Spring Quarter is almost done and I am heading to a new Quarter, the 2nd to the last one yey yey yey! A few weeks ago, a dear friend and her hubby decided to complete their Master's degree in the University of the Philippines. You see both of them just lack a few subjects and their done with graduate school. She was telling me how cranky she became after attending several online classes and discussions which were part of the curriculum to get her degree online. I told her that I used to be like that too until I get used to the schedule and learn to organize and prioritize my time. If you are interested with earning a degree online, check out Capella.edu.

how important cellphones are these days?

Can you still imagine life without cell phones? I do. With sincere honesty, I can still live without one. Maybe because I rarely go out and it thus connotes that I rarely check my cellphone. However, whenever we go out especially when hubby brings me to the mall, I would split with my boys and shop on my own. This is the time I would really rely on my cellphone in case of emergency and whenever I am done with shopping. Do you still remember calling through phone booths and sending messages through someone's pager or beeper? Ah what a hassle, wasn't it? Speaking of cellphones, here's a website called ifreecellphones.com where you can get the best deals on phones such as Verizon Wireless etc...Check it out.

FOODIEWEDNESDAY @ Wifespeaks: Ideal Marriage

Wifespeaks: Foodie Wednesday

If the saying kiss and make-up won't work with hubby and me, COOK, EAT OR DINE AND MAKE-UP truly works for us.

Aaahhh food... It is something we bought enjoy and love. Even the crankiest moods and the worst fights would always end up to be a peaceful and happy ending if we end it up with cooking and eating.

Hubby and I would take turns in the kitchen. Our favorite bonding are grocery trips and dining out, trying new restos or cooking new recipes. He cooks breakfast for us, I cook lunch and dinner during the weekdays. Weekends end up to be his cooking days. We are both very bold and adventurous when trying out meals and the biggest chunk of our budget goes to food and dining out.

Even though our marriage is far from your ideal marriages, at least with food we make our marriage ideal and stronger :). Thanks for checking!

house 'em.

Didn't I mention before that some of my blogs have already subscribe to a cheap web hosting service? Honestly, despite the low-rate, it is an additional expenses on my domain hosting annual fees. But I do not really regret getting one. Why did I not consider that before? With my current webhost, I am very much happy and satisfied with their service and blogging has been an ease for me. I can never imagine blogging this easy with a webhost service. In fact, I am already contemplating on housing all of my other blogs under a webhost. What do you think?

RECIPE OF THE WEEK: a different version of HOMEMADE TAPA

Photobucket

stripe's ideal breakfast. bacon. egg. homemade tapa.

This is hubby's ideal breakfast. Bacon, Eggs, Homemade Tapa and plenty of rice. When we got here, I was an avid fan of Tapa myself, Tapa King especially. Without any recipe in mind, I experimented on different versions of Tapa.

This got to be my nth experimental recipe and by far, hubby's favorite. He said that I should stop experimenting anymore because I already perfected it. Well, at least for his taste preference hee hee.

It is really very simple. Just marinate your sliced beef with the following:

Oyster Sauce
Lotsa Minced Garlic
A bit of Salt and Pepper
Honey or Sugar (to taste)

And saute or stir-fry it in a non-stick pan with Butter.

That's it!

Enjoy your Mother's Day Breakfast meal!

EDIT:Yes, I would love to have this every single but this is a fattening breakfast meal and I might just be getting fatter and fatter, which reminds me I need to check out these liporexall reviews for a friend.

I am a Virgo.

Do you believe in horoscope and zodiac signs? Do you subscribe to a certain daily horoscope site? Call me superstitious but I used to be very religious in reading my daily horoscope before I go to work. I take every precaution and predictions for the day seriously. However, I realized that since I have already preconditioned my mind on what to expect on that day, things would happened according to my daily horoscope. So I stopped reading it :). I guess astrology are just there for entertainment and guidance, but if you take it seriously have it take over your life, that's another thing.

What is your zodiac sign?

Lasang Pinoy #31 (Over the Top)

When I first read the topic for this Week's Lasang Pinoy, the 1st thing that comes to mind is Pizza. What are my favorite Pizza toppings? I simply just love having four-cheese as my pizza toppings but who can resist this Pepperoni overload?

extreme weather

The weather here is still very erratic. One day it would be very wet and rainy and cold and the next day, it is scorching hot and very dry. No wonder, I would get some unexpected colds and coughing mode because of the extreme weather condition. Also, I noticed a few weeks ago when we went to a Zoological Park, it was almost an hour of driving but on the 1st 30 minutes we had our top down because the breeze outside was so cool and on the latter 30 minutes we had to turn on our AC because suddenly, it turned very hot and sunshiney. Good thing as our ac compressor is working very well. Speaking of, if you need any ac compressor services and parts, visit Discount Ac Parts for some huge promo and discounts for all your compressor needs.

Mosquito Magnets

It's funny because I just wrote an entry in my personal blog about my 4 -year old being a girl magnet and I chanced upon this mosquito magnet reviews right after I posted that entry. When it comes to my son's skin, I make sure to really take care of it. I freak out in the littlest bruises and bumps. Hubby would often remind me that our son is a boy and it's okay to get those bruises. I know it's part of his growing pains. But then again, he had a history of allergies on mosquito and other insect bites, that is what I am trying to avoid. Since the climate is getting warmer and warmer and we would spend more time outside, most likely in my in-laws' place having barbeque party and all, this mosquito magnet is one of the best ways to combat those mosquitoes from pestering our events. It is scientifically proven that they have long term benefits. I guess my inlaws would be happy to find out about this as they themselves are trying to find ways how to get rid of mosquitoes in their backyard.

O.C stands for Online Coupons

I love love love online shopping :). Especially if your Paypal is bulked with funds, you'd get a lot of good deals online than in stores. I always make sure though, that I only shop when shipping is free and when stuff or on sale or running a promo. As I learned the ins and outs of smart online shopping, I also discovered how fantastic coupon codes and discount coupons are. I never hit the purchase button without checking on any available coupon codes online. Currently, my favorite site for checking out discount coupons on big department stores such as Walmart coupons is gogoshopper.com. They also have codes for other major department stores such as Macy's, JC Penney etc... So, remember to always check out their site before checking out your shopping carts!

WIFESPEAKS: FOODIEWEDNESDAY-commitment

Wifespeaks: Foodie Wednesday

For this week's foodie wednesday at Wifespeaks, the theme is all about commitment. I chose to share a photo of our Wedding Cake. I am proud to say that our wedding was truly a collaboration of labor of love from family and friends. Every little wedding detail was created by the love and support of our dear family and friends. Even after almost 6 years of marriage, these family and friends are still very part of our lives and we would even consult them on any milestones/decisions our family of 3 (now) plans to embark.

This wedding cake was made by my mom. It is a four-tier fondant carrot cake. All flowers and other trimmings are gumpaste and made by her too. By far, this is the last wedding cake she did. She already retired from making cakes but she still accepts orders from closest friends and relatives.

1_Our_Wedding_Cake

I also love this shot by Ariel Javelosa. Practically, the piece of wedding cake we ate was our very 1st meal as husband and wife.

13_G

You might find it funny-looking to see me and hubby drinking on our wedding goblet. But that goblet is very special. It came from an Uncle in Germany and has been planned to be used in every wedding in our family as well. There is a myth behind that wine goblet but I might bore you with the details :). That was also our 1st drink as a couple.

#2.

Majority of my friends are already planning for their second bundle of joy. Some are even planning for their 3rd baby. As much as I love and adore babies, it is not feasible for me and hubby to have one, not until I finish graduate school :). I know it would be very stressful to juggle school and pregnancy because during my 1st pregnancy I was asked to be on bedrest for 1 month. It was not an easy thing for me and I am expecting it to be the same for the next. When I plan for our 2nd bundle of joy, I should be emotionally and physically ready for it. Speaking of pregnancy and babies, I found out about this informative site called Parents Connect from a friend who is prego! The site has been very helpful to her pregnancy and as she raises another toddler. You can check out the site at ParentsConnect.com.

knee caps and soccer

Hubby used to be really athletic back in his highschool and college days. He was juggling 3-4 sports at that time. Specifically, he was a varsity in their Highschool table tennis, College Soccer and football teams and was a freelance swimming instructor. And because of all these sports, he also had some minor injury and there was this instance he was about to get a knee brace because of a bad fall and kick but the therapist made sure he'd be okay without one. Speaking of knee braces, Allegro Medical offers this medical need at a very affordable rate. You can check out their site for more information.

Lasang Pinoy #30 (Shades of Spring&Summer)

Wow! I was 3 weeks absent, apologies are in order :)
Anyways, Spring this year is a little bit warmer and so what do you crave for when it's hot! ICE CREAM! Spring also marks my son's Birthday :). He turned 4 last Friday and hubby got him this yummy Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake. I tell you it's pure Ice cream and simply to die for.

We have a funny story behind this birthday cake but I'd rather not divulge it here lol!

Recipe of the Week
(instead of your recipe for life what is it just for the week?)
We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation. It’s one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it’s another to think that yours is the only path. -Paulo Coehlo

Off to check this best wrinkle cream for an Aunt :) I'm surprising her with this gift on Mother's day.

1,000 Sit-ups/Crunches.

Hubby and I just had our very late midnight snack. We watched the most awaited Pacquiao-Hatton fight and boy oh boy, our very own Manny Pacquiao was too fast, it took him only 2 hours to knock down Ricky Hatton! Congratulations! We also watched some of his training shoots and yes, he finishes at least 1,000 sit-ups/crunches in each training. That explains.

Anyways, hubby was hesitant that we eat our midnight snack because of our weight gain. He even kidded (while pinching my flabby tummy) that I should speak to this lap band physician he chanced upon the other day. He said, that JourneyLite facility is very equipped when it comes to lap band surgery. I know he was just reminding me to trim down but he would not offer that kind of alternative to my weight loss plan. You see, just a mere mention of me taking diet pills makes him call my attention and tell me that I should at all times do the natural way of losing weight.
