MY DIET FILES: The Power of Tea.

I am more of a Tea person than a coffee person. I cannot last a day without having my green or chamomile tea. Other than the fact that it relaxes me, tea also helps in my metabolism. Especially when I take it at the end of the day, I feel light from all the food that I take in my body. So you'd expect that when you check on our pantry, I have more than 2 types of tea stacked in there like a complete office supply in my work table.
