Lasang Pinoy #34 (A-lcohol)
When hubby prepares dishes on our "special" dinners at home (aka DVD marathon, catching up with our televisionshows, etc...), he always makes it a point to pair the dish with liquor or any alcoholic beverage :).
Thus, Red Wine goes well with his steak.
And, iced-cold beer goes well with his chili wings :).

the pairings (with wine and beer) seem to make his mealtime relaxing. at home, alcohol is rarely included in our weekly meals. wine, on special occasions. hmmm, maybe my hubby and i should take it easy once in awhile...
