women's health, mine and yours
Remember my post on the 1st day of the year and how I started it with a workout, fruits for breakfast and a prayer. Unfortunately, it did not end very healthy as my in-laws came by to bring some of their New Year's eve dinner dishes which of course, we missed out as we just stayed home because the little boy was sick. Obviously, I was not able to resist the yummy dishes they brought and began to slack off with my diet for 3 days in a row now. So I guess my diet plan will officially start on Monday when all leftovers are done.
