So this is the day that most of us are renewing our weight loss challenge program, I am. I was so tempted to eat the leftovers from last night's dinner but since I am determined to lose 5lbs this month, I stuffed my mouth with these fruits, instead. Nothing really special with my weight loss challenge program more of fruits and cereals in the morning, heavy lunch (no restrictions save for only 1/2 cup rice), and dinner w/out rice and should be taken before 6 pm, plus 4 x a week workout of at least an hour. The only restriction I have for myself is NO SODA.

I weighed myself this morning and hoping the next time I weigh myself again, it would be less than 5 lbs!
