MY DIET FILES: little steps

I was telling my friend this morning about my no-meat fasting this month and she wanted to know how my 1st day came about. Anyhow, I told her that I had episodes of head ache and was quite dizzy at the end of the day and that I ended up midnight snacking instant noodles with egg :). I also told her that as of yesterday, all I ate were chocolates (to give me the energy I needed) and veggies. But, I think I should insert a little tuna or any fish to supply my body with the protein it needs. Although, fish is not a meat, I wanted to slowly be a Vegan and see what it can to do to my appetite and body flabs. Even before, one of my ultimate goals (health-wise) is to be a complete and certified vegan because I know this would be a big challenge for someone who loves Pork and Beef too much. So after this fasting (which for the record, I am doing it as a fasting and not a form of a weight-loss plan), I might continue to eliminate meat in my food intake because if I can do it in a month's time, I might be able to do it for life. Eventually, we will see if I could be a Vegan altogether. So for now, all those effective diet pills I have been eyeing at lab88.com are out of my mind. At least for this month, we'll see next month.
