MY DIET FILES: 10 lbs to go before Christmas

I bought 2 of that black leather notebook at borders. One is where I write things I am grateful on a weekly basis or whenever possible and the other one is where I have started listing down my food intake. Both notebooks aim at making me spiritually and physically healthy hee :).

The healthy notebook is doing me wonders as I have been concious with my food (most especially carbs and fats) intake. So far I have lost 3 lbs from December 1. I do not know if I could solely blame it on that or because of the school stress I have been having. Nevertheless, I gained them all back again today because hubby treated me out on a seafood buffet lunch and boy my tummy hurts now! I overate! Anyhow, I am watchful with what I am eating because I am saving up some tummy space for the holidays :).
