It is funny that I have not yet blogged about my 1st time to make a jack-o-lantern with a little help from the toddler last Halloween and now I am blogging about our thanksgiving menu list :). I guess I am pretty excited about the big black friday sale and not/not really thanksgiving itself teehee.

You see, we will have a potluck as usual for this year's Thanksgiving. Last year I whipped tom yum and paella dishes and this year I want to make something simple because I simply do not want to tire myself so I could still have energy to shop for the sale lol!

Can you help me think about a dish or two? Any suggestions co-foodie bloggers?
