staple meal when on a diet

As mentioned HERE, I am cramming up on my weight loss challenge again because of expected visitors by the end of this month. So far, I have been very determined on losing 5 lbs in 20 days. In fact, I am even starving right now and to keep my mind out of my gurgling stomach, I am blogging hee. Anyhow, when I am on a no-rice diet, I can forever live with this meal. Tuna, Salmon, blue marlin (or any of those sardines in can) pasta with crackers.
All I need is olive oil, chili powder, basil, lots of onions and cheese to saute it with it. Right now, I am strict by using only whole wheat spaghetti noodles. I have enough carbo with all these saltines crackers :). Yum yum! No amount of pizza, fries, cake, ice cream may tempt me when I eat this meal.
