MY DIET FILES: 4 lbs lost all in all.

I am so happy when I weighed in last night and found out that I lost another 2 lbs, that would make 4 lbs to date! I could now fit perfectly on an equestrian riding apparel hee. Yahoo! My salad, broccoli, apple and protein-filled diet paid off. And guess what I am no longer having hunger pangs despite my less carbo intake.
Also, I have been very good in resisting temptations or I do not really see them as temptations anymore. This morning we spent time at my in-laws and as usual, it was a feast. But, I barely ate. I am no longer craving for any of the Pinoy dishes they serve.
I hope this goes on forever hee. I just need to keep repeating to myself that mind over matter really works.
