mixed rice

Lately, I have been doing a lot rice fixes and mixes. I noticed that my boys do not want repeat meals anymore, more so super super SUPER leftovers. So I made, adobo rice, chopsuey rice, binagoongang rice etc etc...just to not waste leftovers.

Until I tried my very 1st yang chow fried rice!

Just do the usual fried rice way of cooking with these ingredients, sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, scrambled eggs, carrots, peas, beans, garlic, ginger, corn, bacon bits, parsley, chinese powder, ih and don't forget the Jasmine rice :P. DO not put soy sauce, it ain't Yang Chow rice if it has soy sauce.
