Recipe of the Week: BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH LEEKS
We have leeks at home.
Let's try this out before I check on these jobs in philadelphia pa.
Good for your kiddos, no hard munching involved hee.

BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH LEEKS
Ingredients:
375 grams tenderloin, sliced ( can also use pork or chicken breast)
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon salt
100 grams leeks ( or asparagus, bamboo shoots or mushroom)
1 medium onion
4 teaspoon oil
¼ cup beef stock
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 tablespoon cold water
1 teaspoon sugar
oil to cook
Procedure: Marinate beef with salt, sugar, soy sauce, a little bit garlic, ginger then mix add white pepper or labuyo. In a pan sauté onion, garlic (lightly fry) add leeks and a little water then add the beef and add a little cornstarch to make it sticky.
Tips
You can use honey or maple syrup and soy sauce preferably Kikkoman.
