MY DIET FILES: it's monday

I just stuffed my self with 2 1/3 cups rice. Gawd, I miss rice so much.
I need to doubly workout this afternoon :)
In the meantime, what did you have for lunch?
We were supposed to take out some food but I was forced to make chicken macaroni soup and fried chicken because of an accident nearby. But I swear, I get too lazy with all the endless cooking and washing of dishes sometimes.
