A Good Soup for the Sick.
Who is under the weather? ME :(
(and I refuse to see people in hospital scrubs, you know what I mean hee hee)
I think everyone is having a hard time coping up with the change of season. When I told my Aunt that I am sick, she said well, there's only 4 people in the clan who is not. Yay!
Here's sharing a chicken soup for the sick I found on the net. Hope you are better this time.1 (4 pound/2 kilogram) free range or organic chicken

ounces (200 grams) tamarind*, broken up
1 piece ginger, sliced
2 red
chiles, seeds removed, 1 chopped and 1 finely sliced
1 red onion, skin on,
sliced
2 sticks lemongrass, bashed, bruised and roughly chopped
1 bulb
garlic, cut in 1/2
1 large bunch fresh coriander
1 (400 ml) can coconut
milk
8 ounces (225 grams) rice noodles
Thai Fish Sauce*
Soy sauce
Drizzle olive oil
