what's your skin type?

I am one of the few lucky people who do not need acne treatment for life or am I just speaking too soon. You see even when I was pregnant, I haven't had any skin breakouts nor stretch marks in my tummy, which they say is very rare for pregnant women. Thanks to my mom's genes. She has the creamiest and smoothest skin I have ever touched. My dad is the opposite, he has oily skin thus when he was a teener, his face was filled with pimples and some were even classified as acne. None of my siblings inherited this trait. They say that having oily skin will lessen your chance on having wrinkles but this skin type is more susceptible to acne while dry skin makes you pimple-free, you must not forget to apply moisturizing lotion as often as you could to avoid wrinkles in your old-age.

Despite all the talks that we get about serious skin diseases and medical conditions from our genes, I still believe that daily exercise helps in excreting dead skin cells plus proper hygiene. Also, eating the right amount of food and avoiding negative energies and stressors can all contribute to a radiant and healthy-looking skin.
