VD while cooking, what fun!
Just out of the blue, I thought of my mom and I on a Videoconference (a product being sold by lifesize.com) while she whips some dishes and at the other line of the video conference, I am whipping the same dish too! No matter how many emails and YM chats we have, I still cannot copy some of her delicacies and specialty dishes. I always end up having a different version and even a different awful taste sigh.
It's too late to dwell and regret for the wasted time that she used to remind me that I should always be with her watching her cook so when the time comes, I'd be like her. An expert in cooking and baking.
See, it's really true what they say, mothers know best!
