MY DIET FILES: no updates.

No updates from me.
You know why? I have missed more than 3 days of not sticking with my diet plan.
I am so close at getting some
fat burners, really.
But, I won't.
You know me, I won't take any of those pills.


It's some PMS thing, that's why I am craving for so many different types of food. Also, my son is not eating well(from my standards) lately, I'm stressed. And when I am stressed I tend to eat a lot. tsk tsk.
Although it's weird as I weighed in last night and I lost 2 lbs all in all. Probably because I cut up my rice intake. I never imagined 1/3 cup of rice can be so little. Oh yes, I started measuring the rice too. Also, I haven't missed my exercise routine.

By the way, I also took all of my measurements, waist, arms, thighs, hips, and arms. Hubby is laughing at me the entire time.

So what about you, how's your weight?

If you are getting desperate and is close to taking those pills make sure to check with your doctors first. Better be safe than sorry, right?
