Lasang Pinoy #3 (breakfast)



This is what I eat every breakfast. As you all know I am on a diet, so I really make sure to take cereals in the morning and munch dry cereals when I get hungry in between meals. I never used to really like cereals and won't even finish half a bowl but when I tried Post Selects brand here, I love it. Post Cereals is the only brand of cereals I eat, I mix it with few slices of fresh fruits.

Although from time to time, I crave for fried longganisa and bacon with egg yumyum!

That is a very nice, healthy breakfast. But yeah, nothing beats langonisa and fried rice :)

oh i envy you for sticking to your regimen! i can't do this even if i really have to...i'll have to try POST now maybe that'll do the trick!

haven't tried Post Cereals yet ... though i see them in supermarkets. :)

ces, yea i will only eat Post as far as cereals are concerned.
