it's the hard-knock life.
I just got off from the phone with my Aunt from Vegas. She was asking about the paella recipe that mom taught me which I couldn't find. Also, she was once again ranting at how hard life is there in their side of America. You know how expensive it is to live in the west coast, specifically California and Las Vegas. She is a licensed real estate agent on both states and since February she wasn't able to close any deal. Therefore, no income for her for 6 months now. Also, she has plans of putting on some of her properties under reverse mortgages plan because she is having a hard time paying them off.
I have no technical knowledge on housing loans and mortgages but somehow during our discussion in the university, one of my professors shared this reverse mortgage guide and reverse mortgage information which he chanced upon in the net. MyReverseMortgagePro is a site dedicated to guide people on reverse mortgages. It basically teaches the site visitor how to secure their future well past retirement through the equity in your home. For those who need some info on reverse mortgages, this is a nice-to-know site. I just told my Aunt to check on it. Now, I need to find that freaking paella recipe, I also wanted to whip this dish for a family gathering on Sunday.
