My poor tastebuds is getting tired with this blunt sandwich over and over again. Although, the effect of this sandwich on my weight is tremendous, I think I have to reinvent my sandwich. I am sharing the ingredients of this, it is actually very easy and (common). But, I assure you that I could live with 2 of this in 1 day without feeling the hunger pangs.
Wheat Bread (100%, not honeyed, not sweetened, can be substituted with whole grain)
Salmon, Turkey, Ham-cold cuts no frying, no baking (alternate)
Lettuce
Dressing: very little (or none) of mayo, jalapeno mustard and pickle relish (not sweetened)
NO Cheese, NO tomotoes
